It's a long-standing battle...do you prefer Aloha or Kikkoman? Aloha produces half gallons and gallons of soy sauce/shoyu that are used by individuals and businesses. Yes, they have a lower salt shoyu that is probably better for you and tastes almost as good as the real thing. more
