They just dont take care of their items. Tables look like they were hand made from cheap plywood, old rusted legs and feet. Just look at their lot filled with old junk. Spliters were coming out of the items! How hard is it to put a finish over the wood ??? I wouldnt use them again, there are sooooo many other Companies to choose from. more

Complete and utter crap. All the tables I rented had massive deep gouges in the wood making any table setting sit awkwardly and uneven. Any exposed metal area were covered in rust. The chairs were scraped and scratched up, and also rusted. This was for my wedding! \r The people on the phone were extremely rude, and confusing. First I was told that it was not a problem for them to deliver to Kualoa Ranch on a weekend. They did it tons of times. AFTER I had paid they decided to tell me that picking it up the following day would be all but impossible. I had to pay an additional $75 dollars for the crew to essentially swing by after they had broken down another function. \r Luckily, I was so happy to be getting married, I just didn't care. But I am warning people - don't waste your money here. Nothing was cleaned before it was dropped off, the items I got were falling apart, and they love sticking on extra fees. It seems cheap on the site, but trust me, they'll get some extra money out of yo more

I rented a helium tank for $89 from them and forgot to return it the next day. I understood that I would have to pay a late fee -- but the late fee was $44.50! I was shocked! I returned it as soon as I could the second day and for the extra day of ""use"" of an EMPTY helium tank it cost me 50% of the rental. I guess business is business, but I felt that this was a completely unreasonable charge since i couldn't really get any more use out of it. Go to Party Pizzazz down the road -- better hours and service! more

They can provide the tables, chairs, and more when you are planning for a LARGE party, such as baby's first birthday or a graduation luau. Staff is friendly and helpful. more
