an hour after i had placed the order online for delivery, i called to check the status... i had been quoted a delivery time of 30-45 minutes, so i was getting a little concerned- especially since the other times i had ordered, my food had arrived between 30-35 minutes... \r

they hadn't even started my order... of course, the man on the phone didn't say that- instead he barked at me, ""i don't have that order!"" so i politely explained that i had a confirmation number (i had pre-paid, of course, otherwise i would not have bothered and would have just gone elsewhere)... he explained, i'd have my food (which again, he hadn't even started, 5-10 minutes later... 20 minutes later (an hour and 20 minutes after placing the order) my food arrived and i was told to call the store and ask for a refund... even the delivery driver thought he was ridiculous enough for me to deserve some sort of compensation for the shoddy customer service...\r

so i did...\r

i was screamed at- literally screamed at\r

he didn't ""have time"" (his words) to fix the problem and told me to ""deal"" with it... after explaining that this was his mistake and not mine, he began to SCREAM, ""F*** YOU, F*** YOU"" into the phone before hanging up on me...\r

so i called back and explained that i would just continue to call back until the my money had been refunded...\r

i don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but any establishment that treats their customer base like this deserves their awfulness to be broadcast to the world\r

i used to order from you quite a bit- but now you've lost my business forever...\r

whoever was working the phone between 3-3:30pm on aug 15, 2013 should be fired\r
