Almost Perfect Book Store

I really like this place. There is a huge selection, so much that books are piled on the floor. I usually have a book in mind when I go into this store so I almost always have to ask for help finding it. I do get confused as to the organization of the store but that could be due to my lack of understanding how books are organized. Anyhow, I definitely recommend this store. The ladies that work here are extremelly nice and helpful. There is a man there that I see often and he isn't so open and friendly as the ladies. Never the less, I love this store. more

I've been going to this store for years and generally had no complaints. But the other day kind of set me back.. The staff isn't very professional. I have heard the owner, LOUDLY, complain and/or mock customers after they leave, which is something I don't appreciate. But when she decided to get on her soapbox and tell the whole store (again very loudly) what her views on abortion were, well, it was hard not to be offended (not everyone agrees with your politics lady). I don't care what anyone's opinions are, I just don't think I should have to be subjected to them in a forceful manner when I'm shopping for books. Why is it so hard for these people to behave like they're at work and not in their living room? You won't find a bookstore with a better selection around, but you will have to put up some obnoxious behavior from time to time. more
