You'll be very sorry if you go here for Sunday Brunch on a holiday like Easter or Mother's Day. On regular Sundays the buffet is okay but on special days, they charge $5.00 more and have the LOWEST QUALITY FOOD and less options.??We took my parents here for Easter (4/25) and it was REALLY DISAPPOINTING. We hardly ate anything.??This is what they had (or rather, didn't have):??There was no prime rib at all - all gone by 11:30 am and never replenished.?We never got any crab legs because they let people wait by the crab leg trough and stack up on a dozen or more legs at a time when they come out of the kitchen, leaving none for people further back in line.?This happened to us 3 times and we finally gave up on the crab legs.??The shrimp were small and grey-ish - yuck!??There was no salad bar!!! They just had a big bowl of greens with some shredded carrot. (On regular sundays they have a salad bar.)??They had an assortment of very mayonnaise-y salads (waldorf, ?imitation crab, etc) that seemed like they were out of a fifties cookbook.??The mexican food was terrible. Enchiladas were tough and hard all around the edges and all the rice was gone (and never replenished) by noon. The green chile was incredibly greasy. The tortillas they had by the menudo were like plastic disks and impossible to eat and the beans has no flavor at all. So disappointing!!??Prohibitively long lines at the omelette bar: ?Had to wait behind 15 people for an omelette and there were more people behind me. They really should have had more than one bar for the Easter turn-out.??Pasta was totally tasteless - just full of cream. Some of the pasta (in the same tray) was hard and undercooked and some was overcooked to the point of mush.??There was no ice cream bar. (On regular sundays they have an ice cream bar.)??The desserts were tacky! ?Overly sweet and very cheap quality.?For example the little cream puffs had white cake frosting filling instead of whipped cream. The mousse tasted like it was made with "cool whip". Really gross. The cheap "frozen" cheese-cake was the best thing on the dessert table, and that's not saying much.??Sunday brunch usually includes fresh squeezed OJ. ?But not on Easter. ?It was Minute Maid.??Except for the wait staff, I can not say anything good about the Easter Brunch. The servers were all very nice. My compliments to them. It's not their fault the food was so bad. ??I would NEVER come back here again, not even on a regular Sunday.?The idea that they would gouge families by charging more on holidays and then serve the lowest quality food shows greed at it's worst.
