I went to one of those other places like miracle ear and got the similar device for about $2000 less.\r Mr. Mccormack was throrough and knowledgable about what i needed.\r very easy and relaxing. I would reccommend them to any who can't hear Pros: friendly staff, a little cold inside, hot coffee Cons: my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of hearing aids more
