Great, Dependable Company 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines deliver to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, in a organized fashion making the transition to your new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

We had a short move from a downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Allstate Van Lines in Nashville because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We had minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The damage was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. As we have to move again, we are using Allstate Van Lines. more

Appreciate a stress-free transfer! 11/30/2011

In the morning of the move I had been very nervous. The team of movers was early and also the supervisor of the team spoken with me and explained everything to me and when we finished all the signatures all the boxes were already from my apartment. The team was extremely fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers like me. I would recommend Allstate Van Lines to anyone I know. more

An excellent moving business. 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Nashville to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent level of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without even a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

Responsible as well as Attentive 10/26/2011

The service at Allstate Van Lines is flawless, they arrived on time, took great care with my belongings, were polite and friendly, and as if all of that isn’t enough, I even got free boxes!. I had been so nervous about moving however their impeccable service calmed me and that i felt at ease through the entire moving process, from the time I spoke towards the friendly and knowledgeable sales person, to the time I paid precisely the estimated price. I now recommend them to anyone who I hear is moving. more

Excellent, Efficient Company 10/26/2011

I did a lot of online research into well-rated Nashville moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines provided the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were on time, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them. more

Fast, Efficient, Careful and Courteous. 10/23/2011

I recently hired Allstate Van Lines to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Van Lines, would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the years of living in Nashville and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men that came to move me were so wonderful. They were polite and courteous and were extremely careful wonderful my belongings. Not only was the move fast and painless, but the estimate I was given held true at the end of the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my small next move. You really can't fail with this company! more

Real peaceful and swift services 10/22/2011

When my mother made a decision to move from Nashville to Southern California, I decided to use Allstate Van Lines. I had moved earlier from San francisco bay area and had great service from them. As with my previous move, Allstate Van Lines sent an excellent team of workers. Jesus and his crew carefully wrapped my mother’s furniture and possessions. After they arrived with her items, I had been happy to see that Jesus and the crew were going to unload her things. It had just rained quite difficult and they took extra measures to insure that does not only were her items moved in carefully but also that her floors were protected while they walked through her new house. Anyone who is looking for good people who care about your belongings should consider Allstate Van Lines. My mother and I truly appreciate their extra efforts and professional discover how! more

Allstate Van Lines did a terrific job helping me move, I was moving from Nashville to Manhattan and am car-less. Allstate Van Lines is the best moving company I have dealt with and helped me move everything from my bed to my bike. I will use Allstate Van Lines every time I move in the city and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and efficient group of movers. more

Very professional moving company! 6/25/2011

We used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 3 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 2 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Nashville! more

Super professional, punctual and had a great attitude. 5/19/2011

After accommodating a request for their services three days before the move date, ¬¬¬¬¬Allstate Van Lines showed up on time, were courteous, took care moving my fragile items, were patient despite some last-minute requests related to items being packed on the fly, and rounded down to the nearest hour even though the move ran about 10 minutes past the hour. The final cost was less than half of what I was quoted for fewer items by a big flat-rate mover that used to be my go-to company. I can't recommend these guys highly enough; my savings with respect to the two costs of moving---amount paid and degree of hassle---was well beyond my expectations. more

My family moved last month with Allstate Van Lines and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 2 was fast and efficient and did not damage anything. They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. It is very useful for long distance movers. Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/17/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more

Great service 3/4/2011

I recently moved after being in the same apartment for a LONG time, and having not moved for so long, I was very apprehensive about it all - the packing, the actual move, etc. I needn't have worried...Alberto and his crew (Angel and Angel 2) were RIGHT on time, they carefully loaded up all of my stuff much more quickly than anticipated, and then within an hour of them pulling up to my new house, I everything was unloaded. I was really pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them and use them again myself as well. more
