When we moved to Atlanta we wanted to stay with Allstate and we were introduced to Bill Kelly. Bill runs a top notch business and takes incredible care of his clients. Bill literally introduced us to our favorite spots in Atlanta and made us feel right at home in our new town. Every time we have an issue (most recently a roof leak!), Bill jumps on the opportunity to help us and assist us with our claim. Highly Recommended. Pros: Great Customer Service more

When we moved to Atlanta we were referred to Bill Kelly at Allstate for our home & auto insurance. We didn't expect to need their services so quickly, but we did. In just a few months our car was totaled and we needed major roof repairs. I don't think you really know your insurance agent until you have an accident and need them. Allstate took complete care of us and treated us like gold. Both matters were settled quickly and we received more than fair settlements.
