Dependable and Trustworthy! 1/2/2012

I've been a Susan Gerrity Insurance customer for over 20 years. This has to be the best insurance company in the area. Every time I call, I am greeted with someone who is helpful and knows exactly what I need. Every couple of years I go out and get quotes on my insurance needs and each time, Susan Gerrity's office came out on top with their quotes and if not, made it happen! I even get a call from them once a year with an overview and ways that I can save money. I've had a couple of accidents as well, and this office was instrumental in having make my ordeal less painful. I would recommend them to anyone! more

I've used used several insurance agents in my last 20 years of home and auto ownership but i havent had such a bad experience with anyone. I'd like to warn everyone out there to not use this company.\r extremely responsiveness - I left several voicemails to resolve billing issue.\r Scanner and Cheat -> When i switched my insurance company because i refuse to deal with low life scammer i was presented with a bill which they refuse to resolve. I'm expected to pay my insurance with two companies at the same time?\r It gets better, instead of responding to my voicemails to fix the issue, I received letter from collection agency to pay it up or else... \r I'm annoyed beyond reason but at the same time i feel helpless knowing the fact that if i dont pay my credit will be ruined and there is no way for me to get back to Susan J. Gerrity Agency, Inc. more

This was the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I'd like to warn everyone out there to not use this service. extremely irresponsible - I left several voicemails to resolve billing issue after i canceled the policy with them and couldn't get anyone to respond. Cheaters - When i switched my insurance company i was presented with a bill which they refuse to resolve. It gets better, instead of responding to my voicemails to fix the issue, I received letter from collection agency to pay it up or else... I'm annoyed beyond reason but at the same time i feel helpless knowing the fact that if i dont pay, my credit will be ruined but on the other hand Susan J. Consistent Rates and Service 3/19/2009

I have used Susan Gerrity's Allstate Agency for close to 20 years for home and auto insurance. I have gone to other companies briefly but always seem to return to this office. In addition to competitive rates with discounts for having both car and home policies, making the occasional claim has been easy and quickly resolved. Like most insurance companies, sometimes you have to look around when the rates seem like they are increasing too fast. Those are the times I have left and then usually end up coming back when I re-evaluate. more
