not at all happy with this company. they did not do right by us at all. we had insurance and paid it in full at the time of starting the policy. a month later we received a bill for insurance and i called to find out what was going on. well they had not ever posted our payment and said they would do that. when they went to post it they posted it 3 times in the same day and put our credit card over the limit and got us tons of charges. they refused to pay us for any of the over the limit charges but did refund the 2 extra amounts of insurance premium. i canceled the insurance and then it took 3 months for them to refund the remainder of our money. i do not recommend this place at all but tell everyone to stay far away.
