I have been with Allstate for over a decade. Over the last year, I purchased two new vehicles, and when I tried to change and update my policies for the new vehicles it took 4 attempts to get one policy updated an accurate. The other policy that I requested to be cancelled was not canceled, and I was charged for the coverage. We are currently waiting to see if we will be reimbursed. Response time to inquiries was slow and did not seem care about our concerns regarding service. I am changing agents, and would not recommend the Sullivan Agency.
