This is a smaller office with a few on their staff. They had the best rates that we could find and then of course had some surprise rate increases. We had problems getting our account set up correctly at the beginning. The assistants couldn't seem to figure out that we had three different policies that all needed to have auto pay. So that took some time and extra charges to figure out. They never offered to pay for their mistakes
