Certainly World Class! 3/7/2009

I have been with Allstate for several years now and it's all due to the quality of service. The agents there are more than accommodating to any need I have. When I have even the smallest question (or largest!), I just pick up the phone and call knowing I will get a straight, direct answer. I love having insurance that I don't have to worry about, since I know that they are taking care of everything. If ever anything needs attention, they always let me know. Thank you! more

Great service 2/12/2009

I've always had USAA, but switched after I checked around for different quotes. The Allstate team was so wonderful,and helpful I gave them a try. The service has been better and I'm paying a lot less. It sure is nice to just pick up the phone and call someone local. more

Excellent! Above and beyond Expectations! 1/6/2009

I have had my insurance here for over 8 years. Gail and Matt have gone above and beyond for me---and I have had alot of questions! Never once did I feel bad for asking. They treat me like family each time I stop by to pay a bill or ask yet another question. I feel as if they really care about me and what's best for my family. THANK YOU IVERSONS!!! more

Excellent Customer Service 1/6/2009

I've been insured by Iverson Insurance for three years and have had excellent customer service!!\r \r An individual crashed their car into my property. I called Matt and he was there within minutes and held my hand through the entire process. \r \r I would highly recommend this insurance agency to everyone!! more

Poor Customer Service 12/19/2008

I had been a client of Gail and Matt's for several years and recently changed after experiencing poor customer service in the way of being over charged for all of that time. I brought it to their attention without so much as an apology credit or refund for the overcharges totaling over $800. I am the second person in my family this has happened to with them. When I told them I was comparing rates and planning on changing insurance, they did not so much as bat an eye. more
