I have had absolutely horrible issues with this agency over the last year. They have repeatedly dropped the ball and I have lost thousands of dollars because of them! They told me that they took care of my flood insurance policy through Allstate at $872 and that I didn't need to do anything else. 5 months later, my mortgage payment goes up by a couple hundred dollars a month because they never took care of it and the mortgage company had to force place a policy at $2,300!!! Not only that, but they never cancelled one of my homeowners policies and I currently have two policies because they never cancelled that when they said they were going to! I will be getting a check for $1200 when they finally cancel it, but they have been unresponsive to my cancellation emails. I call, but still, nothing gets done and I've had two insurance policies for the past 5 months!! I was unaware of this until my monthly mortgage payment went up. I had to call the insurance company directly to get this information because this agent never gave it to me. This agency seems nice on the phone, but they are completely irresponsible! Save yourself the headache and do not go with this agent!
