I just had a fire in my home and the first person I called was Robert .He was so great! He told mee what to do, and insisted I call My local fire department so they could scan the walls to insure the fire hadn't gotten behind the wall.(i had put the fie out myself) The next day I had an appraser out to look at the damage. Robert called me later that day to see how I was. \r I was having a problem getting my check from Allstate, Robert called and had my check wired to my account so I can start on restoring my bath! I than learned how hard it is to be with out a shower for 4 weeks, I won't be taking a bath for a while!\r I have been with Allstate for 25 years and have always found them to be true professioals. Thank you Robert for helping me during a scary time! more

Don't waste your time! 4/26/2010

I just tried calling Robert for a quote and it was the most unhelpful insurance experience I have ever had! I had all the info every other agent has needed and he wanted me to do HIS job and find out the records. When I asked if he could run the reports, he said he was very busy and if I didn't know what was on them, I should shop elsewhere. If you are too busy to help, you are too busy to make money!!! He felt compelled to tell me that recent changes have made it very hard to be an agent. It is obvious why he is not writing business! more
