Allstate says you can contact your agent. But not Hawley. When I've asked to speak to him or have him return my call, his employees seem to chuckle and explain that is unlikely to happen. Really?? The agent doesn't care about your business enough to contact you? What? Is he too good to speak to his customers. This guy (if he actually exists) bought the business from my previous agent, and has gone unseen since. Do yourself a favor, do what I'm going to do, and switch to a different company (I'm changing to geico, but check around because ANYONE would be better than hawley!!)
