I was an loyal customer of Allstate for the last 20 years. I recently moved and had to switch to the office of Jan Hitt. After a few months of being billed incorrectly and poor service I received, I had to switch to another company. Poor service from the office as well as corporate. I will say I am paying less now and happier for it. more
