I have yet to figure out what Blaine Mardis actually DOES as a supposed insurance agent. He gets one star only because you can't rate zero stars!!!
In all my dealings with him I have had to handle all claims, changes, etc. on my own. Even to the point that he claimed he would take care of something only to find out that he had not acted on my issue at all a month and a half later. I had to set up my own meetings with adjusters, follow up on claims myself, and even when cancelling a policy on a sold property, forwarded the copy of closing statement for refund and got a call from him saying he would take care of it and guess what? I get a policy statement a month later detailing my renewed policy. Followed up with his office assistant who actually seems to work and she submitted the paper work to get this taken care of a month and a half after Blaine said he would.
Do yourself a huge favor and find a different ""agent"".
