Wide selection of vehicles. Toyota service center for a oil change. 3 hours later the car was ready. They were upset with themselves and gave me a feebie for next time.

RIP OFF!!!!!! 12/27/2010

This place is Horrible!!!\r I bought a Honda S2000 there a while ago. The finance manager told me that I could take it home and if I didnt like it I could return it and I could find another car. Now me being young and dumb...I believed him. Well this is where I really messed up and learned my lesson. He said that I could sign all the paperwork and he will just keep it in his drawer over night. If I called and said that I liked the car he would process the paperwork, If I didnt like the car I could return the car and he would shred the paperwork and I could find another car, Well the next day I returned the car due to its size, Im 6'1" and this is a Honda two seater. So when I walked in and told the manager what the Finance Manager told me...he shook his head and Said that I need to go talk to him. So its me, the Manager, and the Finance Manager all in the office and I tell him that I am returning the car. The Finance Manager looks me dead in the Eye and says that I cant do that, and he more

Dealership Nightmare 9/25/2010

There are so many problems I don't even know were to begin. Upon looking back at the dealings with Antioch Toyota I am bewildered. First they tried to sell us a lemon in September 2008. They agreed to sell us a 96 Ford Taurus on the back of there lot. We paid $2000 down and agreed to pay $1000 the next week and another $1000 the following week. \r They said if we came in the day of post date of each $1000 check and made the $1000 payment they would give us back the check. But when we went in to make the payment they said they had already put the check through So we had to go to the bank and put the funds in so the check would clear. After trying to fix this car myself and discovering it had a recall, we brought it back to the dealer a month later. Apparently this car had a recall on it that the dealership overlooked, ignored or tried to cover up before giving the vehicle to us. I remember them saying the vehicle would not be ready for a couple of days and when we picked it up I noticed more

ANTIOCH TOYOTA is pushy... 8/21/2009

I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you are ready right this second to buy a car... right now. I told the salesman I was just looking at the options they had for newer used cars. He started talking about going inside to talk about prices before I could even test drive anything. I left after about 20 minutes of being there. more
