Horrible agents never wants to speak to his own clients. Hardest time getting him on the phone. Lies about his rates and is very dishonest. Would not recommend him to my enemies...

Al is probably the best insurance agent I have had the opportunity to work with so far. I've had a few nightmare experiences with different agents and Al and his team are always on top of things and have a possitive attitude everytime I call. Will always recommend! more

STAY WAY FROM this agency!!! 12/17/2009

Horrible agents never wants to speak to his own clients. Hardest time getting him on the phone. Lies about his rates and is very dishonest. Would not recommend him to my enemies. Allstate prides itself on customer service but it is not the case with AL HICKS, he is very lazy and deceitful, then claims to be a man of god what a joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!
