"Customer service oriented" and "above and beyond" are what I took out of my experience with these guys. My daughter was locked out of our home with us on vacation with live animals in our house. It was a disaster. Until I got Eric on the phone that is. He knew I was frantic and actually put the phone on speaker as he got the door open and stayed with me until the job was and complete and our daughter was safely in the house. That is compassion and professionalism beyond description. I am a customer for life. more

Southern Hospitality at its best!!! 5/9/2013

I had Eric at All Star Lock & Safe change out some locks on a property in South Park. Eric was on time and professional, in fact, he fixed a door that was not shutting correctly for us no extra charge. We did not even ask him to do that!!! His prices seem fair and he has a pretty nice truck that has all the equipment he needs that he brings on the job. Just moved again and having Eric come out to change some locks and re-key the house. I was going to get an alarm system but Eric showed me how we are going to stop the bad guy before they get in....because when they get in, often times it is too late. more

Couldnt be nicer easier guy to work with. Did an above and beyond job installing deadbolts handles cameras and door closers. Allstar service, knowledge and know how. more

Professional, very polite, very speedy, very comfortable. 8/15/2012

I needed a lock changed, I was referred to Eric of Allstar Safe and Lock by a friend. He was there within 20 minutes and did the work I asked him to do in about 5 minutes. He went out of his way and offered to re key a bunch of other locks for free since he was already there. He was courteous, polite and gave the best service I could ever expect. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. more

Super Fast, Super Efficient 8/15/2012

My husband and I locked both of our sets of house keys inside when we took our baby to the park. All Star was at our house less than 30 minutes after we called to help us. The fee was very fair and the service was perfect. Thank you! more

Fast, Friendly, Affordable 8/10/2012

We hired Eric to rekey our house, and while he was doing that he also tuned up the locks so they run smoothly now. The cost was very reasonable as well. We will definitely call Allstar again if we need more security work. more

Great job, great service. 8/8/2012

They showed up quickly and had me in my car in no time. I got locked out of my car after I got off work one night, and I called Allstar Safe and Lock along with some other lock companies. Some of the others said it would take an hour to an hour and a half to come out, but Allstar came in 10 minutes. Others said it would cost upwards of $150, and they did the job for $50. They did a great job and had great service. The guy was really nice, too. more
