Performance review 7/7/2017

Plumber Aldo Ruiz responded and diagnosed the drainage problem I was experiencing. The temperature outside was 105 and was probably hotter in my garage. Even with the extreme heat, Mr. Ruiz projected a very positive attitude and rooted out my problem. Mr. Ruiz is an asset and an excellent representative for Allstar Home Services. I would not hesitate to contact this company again, if need be, and would request that Mr. Ruiz be the plumber to respond. more

His name is Pierre A. he was polite, knowledgeable, works neatly and quickly. both my wife and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. He is a very pleasant young man.
