the previous management damaged my car and the new ones took care of everything. they went over and beyond there obligations and when I went back the old guys working there had left. My car comes out even better than before now. Pros: lots more care than before Cons: lobby needs revamp more

I have being going to this car wash since it opened in 2003. The new managers have made many changes over the past few months, and I can see the difference in the attention they and the staff - mostly new - provide each time I visit. The level of care is very high, and if you have a special request or see something you want doing, they will go out of there way to insure you are satisfied whatever wash service you get. I recently visited Allstars Car Wash in Sanford located on Lake Mary Blvd. I wish to thank the staff of the car wash for the great assistance from my arrival until my car was returned to me. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The lady attendant listened to me and advised me on various services that are provided. I chose the 4 steps exterior which completely renovated my car paint and color. The inside was steamed clean, this made my car smelled like new. I feel great as now I will not have to drive in the condition that I was driving my car before. I am grateful and very happy. Even more, I will return to Allstars car wash to maintain my car. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and the place is under new management. Since they've taken over the prices have gone up and the service has deteriorated. Today the short lady in the white outfit hopped in my NEW car saying, "I know how to drive a stick." Before I walked three steps she slammed the car into the cement parking marker and couldn't figure out how to get the car in reverse. When I demanded that she get out of the car she said," I know what I'm doing, it's fine." She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for her mistake. If you have a nice car, especially a German one, beware! She may damage your car and then tell you that everything is fine.
