Allright Plumbing & Heating, Inc

I recently arrived at my residence after work to find water pouring out of my garage onto the driveway. I had previously had Allright Plumbing do maintenance work at my home and they had been very accomodating and helpful so I quickly contacted them about my emergency. After they instructed me where to turn off the water they immediately dispatched a technician to help me with my problem. He arrived shortly after and assessed the situation. A pipe leading to the outside faucet had burst. He quickly sodered in a new piece and the problem was fixed. The service was prompt and efficient and the charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the results of what appeared to be a very serious situation. I would highly recommend this Company for any plumbing or heating issues! more

Awesome group of guys .When my plumbing backed up They sent Sebastion over and had my line cleared of tree roots in no time at all. They also had him fix some leaky faucets on the same trip which saved me more time off from work. Joe and travis came and repaired my furnace with in one hour of my cry for help I don't know how I would get by with out there help .Thanks Again!!!!!!! We've several occasions where we had to call Allright Plumbing and they never once failed us. One time the garbage disposal broke right before a dinner party and the company sent the owner out to fix it. Another time we had a broken pipe and even though Allright was overflowing with calls from people with the same problem they told us over the phone how to temporarily fix the problem until one of their employess could get there that morning. I've told all my friends to use these guys b/c they will always come through! more

The employees for this company have horrible customer service and were very rude in person and over the phone to me and my finace. The plumber did not explain to us exactly what the problem was, and came to our house several times to fix what he thought he fixed in the first place.
