Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind what they sell. Bought a $500 pond pump from them last year. The guarantee was for three years and instructions in the pump booklet said to return it to place of purchase for repair or replacement. When I brought it to Allquatics they would do absolutely NOTHING. Had to call the manufacturer myself. They manufacturer told me the usual procedure is to take it back to where I bought it??????????????????
