Root canal - no pain, no problem. 12/17/2011

Never would have believed that I would have a root canal without major pain and suffering; but, thanks to Dr. Murphy and staff, I just finished a root canal and it was virtually pain free. While I can't say that I look forward to another root canal with eager anticipation, I can say I will not be filled with trepidation at the thought of another one. Thanks, Dr. Murphy! more

Or, at least, half of the job. But I have no doubt at all that the remaining portion of the root canal and cap placement will go just as well as the the first half. As much as I was dreading having the root canal done, the procedure was virtually pain free! Thanks. more

I'm pretty sure I am one of the first patients that Marc has. I've followed him thru 3 offices. The quality of the work I have had and the considerate professional care that I receive keeps me coming back. And...how can you beat a one day crown. more

Friendly and Reliable 12/6/2011

I've been going to Allisonville Dentistry longer than any of the current staff (including Doctor Murphy who has been there at least 20 years!) have worked there. Originally I went because of convenience to where I live, and as I've moved around the city over the years, I haven't stopped coming to Dr. Murphy's Office. He and his staff must be amongst the friendliest in town. They remember not only my name, but trips I've taken or projects I've worked on, and it is always a good little chinwag when we catch up. I definitely feel like I am more than just another mouth! Appointments are ALWAYS on time, never any waiting - ever. Service is prompt and I am in and out on time each visit. Couldn't make a higher recommendation! more

One thing I miss about my dentist from back home is the small-town home feel and that I really matter to them, instead of just a number... While I have lived in Indy now for eight years, I really appreciate that when I come in, I still get the "small-town" feel from this dentist office! Every staff member is so friendly, always asking how I am doing and keeping up with my life, and in a very chaotic society, it is just a nice thing to have! Thank you to each and every one of you! more

From the warm cozy interior to the latest technologies this office has a lot to offer. The staff always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I never dread a dental appointment now. more

Great Dentist 11/18/2011

I just visted Allisonville Family Dentistry for the 1st time I would say the overall experience was great! Everyone was friendly and I loved that they offer a 7 am appointment for those people who do not want to take time off of work. The only complaint I have is the location is very difficult to find. Once I was in the plaza I could not find the right building(may have been becuase it was dark and I could not see the numbers on the buidlings) then once inside, Allisonville Family Dentistry was not on the sign locating the office within the building. So if you are visiting for the first time make sure you know the building number! more

New Crown 11/10/2011

All things considered, who really looks forward to a visit to the Dentist's office, this last crown was absolutely painless and the staff at Dr. Murphy's office is the best. Two hours start to finish, no return trip to have it fitted. Two days later and it feels like it's been there forever. Nicely done! more
