CAUTION! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We rented 100 chairs, only received 98. The staff and my son had them half loaded in the truck while my husband was paying. He didn't count them. We ordered more than necessary and didn't notice the missing chairs.The problems began upon return of the chairs. We couldn't get our deposit back because 2 were missing. The staff insinuated that we still had the chairs, despite the fact my husband called home and we double checked. They were rude and never acknowledged that they may have made a mistake. They did finally say they would check Inventory after all the rentals had been returned. The following morning I called and of course all their chairs were accounted for. When I went to pick up the deposit I also asked for a refund on the 2 chairs not included in our order. That's when things got UGLY! The manager/ owner stated he could still charge me for the ""lost"" chairs because we signed for them and didn't return them!!! He then proceeded to YELL at me for 10 minutes that it was my husband's fault that they were not included because he didn't count them! REALLY? My husband made the comment ""I trust you"" as he was paying. The only thing he should be faulted for is trusting this business!
