Just a suggestion to last person that posted. If you are having problems with the front office at any doctors office. Remember the Doctors don’t know unless you mention it to them. I myself have in the past not with Dr. Bills office told the doctor during my visit. This is the best and only way for a Doctor to know there might be a problem. I can promise had you spoken with Dr. Bills it would have been addressed.\r \r Dr. Bills has been my OB/GYN for over thirteen years now. He delivered my son which is 12 years old today. I had a higher rick pregnancy with a few miscarries in the past. When I started seeing Dr. Bills I was very scared and had a lot of concerns. Dr. Bill was so nice to reassure me and speak to me anytime I had a question. He monitored me and my unborn son. I hate going to the OB/GYN just like most woman probably do. However it is sometime we most do. I can say as time has past and years go by. It has been nice to have had Dr. Bills my doctor all these years now. It is a pleasure to go see him. He always has you come into his office before your exam. He sits down with you and says hello, how has life been treating you. I find this so heart warming that Dr. Bills does this. You get to see the pictures of his boys and how they have grown. He gets to hear about my wonderful son good and bad. That he brought into this world. This kind of makes me forget what I’ve been dreading the yearly check up. It makes me feel as if Dr. Bills cares about me and my well being. I had gone to other OB/GYN doctors in the past. The problem with them there was over twelve doctors in the practice. You never got to see the same doctor. I myself after thirteen years of seeing Dr. Bills have never seen a different doctor. If you want a Doctor for a life time Dr. Bills is the one. \r more

Each time I visited this doctors office I left feeling as if I had been rushed. Instead of feeling like a nurturing doctor's office it felt like I was visiting an Urgent care facility where the goal is to not get to know the patient because you will more than likely not see them again. \r \r The front office is what turned me off the most from this practice. They are all confused and are never on the same page. You will explain a situation in detail to one of the employees and an hour later someone different will call you and you have to explain the situation again. The Doctor's are so busy trying to see as many patients as possible they leave a lot of decisions up to the nurses/front office staff and in my opinion they aren't informed enough to know what to do. \r \r I am switching doctor's because I don't trust that this office has my best interest at heart. I think I am a number and they could care less about me personally. more

Received very bad service from this group. Scheduled an appointment and the doctor left before the appointed time. Had staff lie for him. Referred to management, which his wife heads, and after berating me she hung up on me. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the Georgia Composite Medical Board and the Secretary of State's office. They were appalling. Stay away and if you've experienced what I've gone through, contact the above authorities. more

If you are looking for a practice and doctors that care about nothing more than money, you have found a home at Alliance OBGYN!! First, I was talked into unnecessarily being induced because my baby would be too big to birth vaginally if I waited (he was born 8 lbs.). Then, after being induced, I was told I needed an emergency c-section conveniently a half hour before my doctor's shift ended at the hospital. Then, to top it all off, I went in for an emergency visit today and the practice refused to see me because I left my wallet at home and could not pay my $3 copay before my visit! This practice and these doctors DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON, they are there for the paycheck and nothing more. I will NEVER go back. more

I would recommend everyone this office, excellent and professional doctors and nurses. I had 2 kids with Dr Hsiao, now my kids are big 6 and 4 and we live in Mexico but in 2 years I am planning to have one more baby and will fly to Atlanta to have my baby there! :) Best wishes, and good luck! more

I was referred to this office by my general doctor and have had a great experience so far. I was with another OBGYN when I was trying to get pregnant for the 2nd time and was having tons of trouble. The other doc office told me basically to wait it out several months even though I thought I should be tested for hormonal imbalances. I went to Alliance instead and saw Dr. Hsiao and he addressed my concerns and issues right away. He tested me on the spot for issues and gave me instant answers and solutions. I was pregnant the next month. I've seen them throughout my entire pregnancy ( 2 weeks to go!) and enjoy all the doctors there. The nurses are all so sweet and the front desk people are great too. What was VERY important to me was time and I get in and out of there with no waiting. I've never waited long yet they still take the time to answer my questions and I don't feel rushed. They are very personable due to the fact that it is a smaller office. more

Loved Dr. Bills - Bashuk was still there when I was (son born 3/2/10) as well as Hsaio - really liked Dr. Bills, but Dr. Hsaio performed my son's circumsion in the hospital and was great as well. I would love to use Alliance for our 2nd pregnancy, but we have moved. I will be calling Alliance though and trying to get a referral to another OB in our area...would highly recommend this office and Dr. Bills especially. more

I have had four different doctors tell me I needed to have a hysterectomy, but I was having trouble finding one that would listen to me. One doctor said since I had a c-section she would have to cut me through the same incision. Another said he needed to take my ovaries out too, and the other two wouldn't even answer my questions. Dr. Bills listened to me. He did an ultrasound and showed me where all my bleeding was coming from (and he showed me my normal ovaries). He did the entire surgery through my bellybutton. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. my appointment time got messed up by the staff, so they asked me to come back at a later time the same day, and they didnt even apologize for their mistake, or for inconveniencing me by asking me to come back. I went back to the office later in the afternoon as they asked me too, and when they asked me for my copayment, i reached in my purse to find my wallet, only to realize i left it at home due to changing purses. I explained to them that i left my wallet and can pay later, and ive been going to them for over a year, never missed a $15 co payment . I spoke to office manager who happens to be Dr. Bill's wife, and she saw that i never miss a payment, but still refused to allow me to see a gynecologist for my health issue, just because i didnt have my wallet to pay the $15 co payment,! That was the last straw for me, as they have made many mistakes, one being getting my nationality wrong in the system, scheduling my appointments incorrectly, and being rushed by Dr Bills on some of my office visits! If i pay my money over a year to a doctors office on time, i do not want to be rushed, and i dont want to interact with RUDE office staff, and lastly and most importantly, i do not want to do business with people who have no compassion and care more about a $15 copayment more than a patients health! more

Every time I see Dr. Bashuk he acts like my long lost friend. He remembers delivering Joshua like it was yesterday. He never gave me any grief about missing appointments, but his staff always does. Pros: Dr. Bashuk acts like my friend Cons: staff is too uptight more

I had both my kids with this group after transferring from one of the ""mega"" groups. It is great that each of the three doctors know me (and my diabetes) as a person, not just another piece of cattle in the office. The only problem is that you can't slip anything past their office staff. At the mega group, I could slip by a lot of the time without paying my copay and get away with it. It seems like the negative reviews are mainly about that. Pros: Each doctor is a pro, short wait time Cons: Office staff won't let me slip anything by them. more

I went to see Dr. Bills for my annual exam at a time when my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for about 5 months. I had some concerns about this and Dr. Bills put my mind to rest and reassured me that I should be fine conceiving a child. However, a couple months after my visit, I used their website to "Send the nurse" option and asked a question regarding my efforts to get pregant, a question that I hadn't thought to ask the doctor. The response I received was basically "We told you at your last appointment that the definition of infertility is trying unsuccessfully for 12 months. Either wait the 12 months or have your husband go to a urologist." I am looking to find an OB-GYN to work with through out pregnancy and this response told me that whoever responded to me could not be bothered to actually answer my question. Lastly, I paid my co-pay at the office and another company that they used for testing my pap sent me a bill. When I called Alliance about it, they told me to call the testing company and straighten it out. Thanks, very helpful. I got recommended to this practice by my hair stylist, nonetheless. I had just moved to the area when I found out I was pregnant. I got pregnant while taking birth control, so I was very upset, but Dr. Hsiao was very kind while sitting me down when I first met him, explaining the reason why this may have occurred. I never once had a bad experience at this office. When I went in to labor, I was terrified, Dr. Hsiao was on call for the night. He came in and calmed me down and talked me through everything. He then explained to the nurses how much of a sweetheart I am, and they all took extremely good care of me. I ended up being at 10 cm for about 5 hours because I was too tired to do anything. Olivia's heart rate dropped dramatically and stayed low for a few minutes, Dr. Bashuk came in and explained that the baby needed to come out now, and gave me the option of either trying for a suction delivery or emergency c-section. He hooked up the vaccum and 1 push later, out she came. He was great. After everything was all said and done, he gave me a huge hug and my baby a hug. Then after my second day there, Dr. Bills came upstairs to check on me and my baby, and gave her a hug and myself as well and told me how beautiful she was. I had an incredible experience with each and every doctor, and when I decide to have my next child, I will most definitely be returning to this office. Pros: Professional, understanding doctors.
