11 months after first trying to work with Alliance Mechanical on air conditioning problem, all we have are large holes in the stucco of the house exterior, a drywall cut out ""patch"" in the master bath, unpainted walls where ""exploration"" was done and walls partially\r patched and NO AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR!! Countless no shows in the last year -(3 in the last 2 months), lies about missed appts., absolutely the WORST follow-up on repairs. BTW, I'd rate this ""Run, don't walk"", but can't click on it under ""Rating"". Cons: No follow through more

I received a glowing recommendation regarding Alliance services from a trusted coworker. They arrived and completed the job as scheduled. The work was inspected by the county insector, but the installation was not approved. (The A/C shut off would have overflowed into our mailn hall causing water to freely flow inth the area.) A relative inspected the electrical and insisted it be redone in a more cosmetically pleasing manner. Alliance personnel responded quickly but, seemed annoyed as the issues were corrected. It was disappointing to learn the inital installation could/should have been done in a manner that should/could have been both approved by the inspector and passed scrutiny of a knowledgable electrician.
