Alliance has provided me with fiscal intermediary, payroll and employer of record services for my son's Medicaid waiver funds. They have also found me several employees(some worked out, some didn't) for a small fee. They have extremely reasonable rates and good service. They also have provided medical supplies, which was totally hassle free...delivered directly to my door.
