I only shop at Alliance Computers because I know they will back anything they sell or service.\r \r I trust them with my computer and computer needs and do not mind waiting to be serviced.\r \r These are very busy people who give nothing less than 100% of their full attention when they are waiting on you.\r \r I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to service, they have answered my numerous questions patiently and offer very good suggestions.\r \r The pricing is very reasonable for their items and I couldn't be any happier with the service I have received from them over the years. more

Dont care about thier customers 12/6/2005

my husband and i were int his store to look for certain parts for our computer. We were totally ignored. We walked around the tiny store and waited for a clerk to help us but he was toi busy on the phone. I realize that they have to take phone calls but he couls have at least said just a second. more
