I was out of electricity and I called Allgood Electric who came out to the property. I thought it might just be a fuse but wasn't exactly sure. They sent a guy out here who walked...

Good service, pleased with the outcome. 5/11/2016

So I hired Allgood Electric to fix an outdoor lamp that illuminates our front yard. It was tied to a circuit breaker and we had tons of rain, which is what caused it to go out I believe. The only reason I didn't leave them five stars was because the technician who was out did a lot of guessing about what the problem was. He ended up having to go to the store a couple times until he figured it out. Other than that they were great though. more

Fixed flickering fixtures. 5/6/2016

Well we had some flickering in the house with the lights so Allgood Electric immediately found the problem and they replaced some outdoor breakers, which seemed to correct the problem. The problem came back a couple days later and they were able to tell me the next step of what needs to be done and that took care of it, we haven't had a problem since. I would use them again without hesitation. more

I would only use them again if nobody else can come out 5/5/2016

This is the first time I've used Allgood Electric and I would only use them again if I couldn't get anybody else to come out. I had a fuse that was blown and I asked them to come and look at the system and the exterior box. What they instead was to suggest a $366 change to change the box which I didn't do. So, I bought a $5 fuse to fix the problem. Then, they never looked at the box outside which is what I had asked them to do, to look at the different box but the service guy didn't do it. They are so close to me, that's the only reason why I had such a quick response. They were able to come out that same day which is why I wasn't entirely displeased with everything. more

The company was very prompt and professional, The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done very well. My only problem is that it was too expensive. more

A Great Experience! 5/4/2016

After the storm I placed a call with Allgood Electric and immediately the next day they came out to my residence. My breakers were blown and the electrical box difficulties. They replaced six breakers and the cost didn't matter much to me because I wanted quality and good results. I am very happy with the service and the company. Ronnie and Troy were both professional, prompt and very conscientious constantly advising me on what things will cost as they went through the process. The repairs made today; made things everything better for me. I would definitely use them again when I need them. more

This was my first experience using Allgood Electric, but I would definitely use them again. I run a large company, and I am very aware of what defines customer service. This company has a very apparent commitment to customer service. Before they quoted me for the projects I hired them for, someone came out to give an estimate. I appreciated someone coming to look at the work firsthand before setting a price. They weren't the least expensive of the several quotes I received, but I felt that they were the best value. The technicians who came for the service were very professional and timely. They worked to fit my schedule. I hired them to hang a chandelier and do some wiring. They were obviously very well trained and open to any questions I had. Any concerns I had were put at ease by their explanations. I was very happy with the results of their work. more

Allgood Electric installed some lighting throughout our house. I would say that their prices were about average, but they did an excellent job. The work was perfect and we have had no issues with it. They were very professional and followed through. Would definitely recommend. more

I'm very satisfied 11/18/2015

I'm very satisfied with Allgood Electric. Especially the two gentlemen who came out -- they're very customer oriented and listened to what I had to say. I would highly recommend them. This was my first experience with them. They put in recessed pendant lights in my kitchen and also did another pendant light from a recess. They had to drill and everything, and they did really well. The pendants came out wonderful. They're beautiful. more

Allgood Electric came to my house because I was getting a new water heater. It was electric and I didn't have the electrical connection for it. So, they ran a new electrical line from the main electrical box outside into house and into the place where water heater was going to be installed. The work they did was excellent. more

These people are morons 6/5/2015

Call to confirm appointment and the call center can't even do that, all they say is "we can contact the main office and have them call you to confirm". Install is supposed to be today, still waiting... more

Ray Thomson a professional and friendly technician. He explained what he was doing and make sure all was working correctly. Provided information about the search protectors for the outside panel and will return to install another search protector on my pool area electric panel as well as install a new light in my front porch. Very happy with the service and with Ray. Keep up the good work. more

Needed help ASAP! 4/17/2015

I needed an electrician ASAP to help repair a bad job done on replacing a bathroom light fixture. I first call Mr.Electric and was told it would be $125 just to come out without doing any work. That was way to much just to replace an outlet box and mount a light fixture. I called Allgood Electric and they were able to send someone out the very next morning. Ray Thompson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the outlet box and put my light fixture up for a very reasonable price. I am so happy I was able to find a great company that doesn't want to rip you off the first chance they get! Excellent job and thank you! more

Very friendly, excellent customer service, wonderful community involvement. 4/13/2015

Allgood Electric has gone above and beyond the call of duty every time we have used them. We needed a quick fix for our youth soccer team due to daylight savings time. Allgood Electric graciously offered to sponsor lighting that was bright enough to light up the entire soccer field! Thanks to them, our team was able to practice without having to worry about it being dark before by 6 p.m.! I would definitely use them again for any electrical need. more

expensive 2/5/2015

Needed a spa box installed for a hot tub. I had all the parts to include the gfci breaker box except for panel circuit breaker and 30 feet of wiring. Cost $1100. more

Honest and fair service 1/28/2015

Initial phone contact was a bit odd, called no answer, hung up...few minutes later I have a call and it was a lady from ALL GOOD saying she missed a call from my number.... got an appointment that fit my schedule.... Technician called before arriving, (great thing), arrived on time (great thing), checked my issue (outlets not working) and intially it was an outlet change out... upon further review it was just a tripped breaker..... My point... the tech could have just let it go as a outlet replacement $$ but was honest and said it was nothing more than a tripped breaker that did not fully "trip"..could not feel it...did a rest and everything is good.... could have said nothing, replaced the outlet and charged me for it ..... Kudos to the tech and what a great service for the company!! Now that is service I can trust..... more
