DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! They recently misdiagnosed our air conditioning unit and $1700 dollars later (including a replacement motor at over $800) it still wasn't fixed. There is a reason they arent a member of the Better Business Bureau and they don't make good on customer service complaints as far as we can tell. Next stop: the Better Business Bureau and small claims court!
