All of the staff, including the doctors, nurses, shot clinic nurses and offfice staff are friendly and capable. Their shot clinic is never overly busy so you can obtain an allergy shot very quickly. In one particular situation, I was having immense trouble with United Health Care (avoid at all costs!). Both the front office staff and the poor woman who works with insurance were very patient and helpful, believing me when I told them that insurance was supposed to pay. One of the only instances of ""the customer is always right"" that you will probably find in America today.
