Great Service 4/12/2012

My first experience with Allen Seed was 5 years ago when i purchased a 30' long gooseneck utility trailer with a Honda pony motor on it from a manufacturer in Kentucky. The electric start wouldn't work after a few months and Allen Seed fixed it under warranty (free) even though I hadn't purchased the trailer from them as they are a Honda engine dealer. I use the trailer for my business and they had it fixed and ready to go the next day. I've since bought two hand held leaf blowers and a snow blower from them as they've just because their service department is so good. I highly recommend them. more

Negative review 6/23/2011

We had our ride-on mower tuned up by them - first time on the lawn and the belt snapped. Paid for having it transported again, repaired (they added a quart of oil to a mower that had just been in service) etc. Had to pay for new belt, labor and the frustration of not having the mower for several weeks the first time and over a week the second time. Would not go them again! more
