If I could give Allen's Roofing & Repair no stars I would. I needed to have my entire roof replaced - he wanted the job and called me numerous times. I read the reviews and thought he would do a good job and treat me fairly. I gave him the job. His crew seemed to do an okay job - but then the rains came. I have had a terrible leak around a skylight in my storage shed, and now there is a leak that is ruining the ceiling in the master bath. I have called Allen several times a week for the past month. He does not return calls promptly. Then he tells me that someone will come out to fix the problem. I have taken time off from work and sat at home for hours waiting for someone to show up... no one ever showed up. He has told me three times that someone is coming - no one has ever showed up. I am fed up. He claims to be a good Christian man, but he treats others with incredible disrespect and will not stand behind his work. If you want someone reliable and good for his word, DO NOT hire Allen! more

I called Allen for a roof repair after seeing his truck with his number in front of me on Old Hickory Blvd. With all the rain and wind I was sure that he would put me off until the rain stopped, but his 24 hour ER services are no joke. He was at my house within an hour of calling him and he gave me a 5 year warrenty on my repair. After meeting with him I found out that he just moved back to the area from Raleigh NC, where he also runs a business ( was impressed to read his reviews on City Search of Raleigh NC on Allen). I am glad that I met a true 'Man of his Word' and will do plenty more business with him. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs his services. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more
