Allen & Sons Appliance Repair

Well lets put it this way, I called 3 companies and I did not pick Allen And Sons first. I purchased my Samsung refrigerator from Lowes in Jun of 2010. The first company that came out (will remain nameless) charged me $65 for an estimate on a timer which was over $200 and told me my unit was under warranty and they cannot service it (which I did not realize, but I am still upset I had to pay for that piece of information). I called Samsung directly this time and they said there is only one service company authorized to work on their units and it was Allen and Sons. The tech I think Dan came out on time the same day very polite and explained in detail what was the issue.He had the part in stock. It was not even the timer. An hour later I had my fridge running. Best part (no pun intended) was that it did not cost me a penny, since all was covered under warranty. more

I was pretty pleased with Allen and sons. My washer had gone out. I called and they had someone there by that evening. Unfortunately, a motor needed to be replaced but surprisingly, the price wasn't horrible. Will definitely cally them again. thanks! more

We had two appliances that broke at the same time, a dishwasher and a microwave. They came over to assess these and order the appropriate parts. Once the parts arrived, they came back to do the repairs, but were only able to repair one of the appliances, stating they ordered the wrong part for the other appliance. One week went by and they returned to fix the second appliance. They failed to reassemble the microwave back together completely, and then when they asked for payment they tried to raise the price from what was originally quoted. more
