Fantastic! 5/15/2005

Quite simply, the best barbecue I have ever eaten. They only use pork shoulder and the meat is of much higher quality than other BBQ joints. The decor is strictly no frills, but that adds to the atmosphere. My only complaint is that they allow smoking in the dining room. Pros: pork shoulder, tasty sauce, daily specials Cons: smoking, limited seating, not open on Sunday more

Good Pig, Bad Everything Else 12/20/2003

It's hard to find much better barbeque if you're just looking for meat, but the sides are less than great. Oil and grease takes the place of flavor, and the barbeque portions are small, considering the price. Atmosphere is good if you're looking for something off the beaten path, but service follows suit...so don't be in a hurry, especially during busy hours. Pros: great pig Cons: poor sides, overpriced, service more
