The service from Allen Service is the very best available. I called to get our old water heater replaced and I am very comfortable that we got the best value for our money. They actually performed a detailded annalisis on our hot water usage including our seasonal needs and sized the right unit for our home.. very custom soulution. I would recommend Allen Service to anyone who demands first class service. more

Allen Service blows away their compitition 1/12/2011

I called Allen Service on the recommendation of a friend. My old service guy had left town and after using Allen, I'm glad he did. I now know more about how my home's heating and plumbing that I ever imagined and I really like knowing those things so I can make informed decisions about my home. Allen Service blows away their compitition with their great customer care and great people. It's probably why they have been around so long. I would highly recommend Allen Service to anyone that appreciates the best...! more

I always feel safe and comfortable 1/6/2011

I always feel safe and comfortable after Allen performs my annual furnace tune-up. I always get a short list of things that need attention along with a list of things to think about in the future. No pressure at all just great information to have for my home. The people at Allen Service are friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend them to all my friends. more

I must say that I am usually skeptical about the reviews people put on the internet because they are so negative in general, but I have to say, that the great things written about Allen Service are very accurate. It is very apparent to me that good customer service is what this company is all about. This company really is the most friendly and competent furnace and A/C people around. more

Excellent customer service 12/13/2010

Allen Service is an excellent customer service company in every sence of the word. These people are clean-cut, helpful and very professional. I'm an older woman and live by myself in our 100 year old family home. Over the last twenty years, they have taken care of every plumbing service call and heating system upgrade I have. Most of my neighbors also use Allen because they appreciate what a good company they are to have in your home. more

Excellent company 12/6/2010

Excellent company with excellent people. Thanks to the great care I received from Allen Service received this past weekend, I will never use another service company other than Allen. These people really care about the customer. My water heater failed on saturday morning and we were having family arriving that afternoon. We now have a brand new wand very energy efficient water heater installed within just a few hours of our call. Kudos to Allen. more

Thorough 12/1/2010

This is the first time I have ever contemplated posting a review on the internet about any company, but I am so impresed with our new heating system we purchased from Allen Service, I feel obligated to. I received pricing from few other well known companies and Allen was very fair. What really sold me was how thorough they were doing the analysis of my home. The other companies just spent a few minutes looking around and shoved a price at me. Not Allen...they asked all the right questions and gave me several options to choose from. The installation was just as good and they were obviously very good at what they do. I would recommend Allen to anyone that appreciates first class service. more

Workmanship was excellent 11/23/2010

I just had Allen Service install my new furnace least week and their workmanship was excellent and the way I was treated was even better. I read a few posting about how good they are to work with and they were absolutely spot on> everyone was very knowledgable, professional, clean cut and personable. I recommended Allen Service to a neighbor whos furnace needed replacement and she is having it done next week. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who really wants the best service available. more

Pays attention to details 11/18/2010

These folks really are all about what people say about them. This is a first class and high quality minded company that really pays attention to details. They probably saved the lives of my family, if not at least grave sickness caused by CO poisening. They were able to quickly diagnoss a dangerous problem that another well known service company could not figure out. I really trust these people and I am very glad I decided to call them. more

Great work 11/11/2010

I called Allen Service on the recommendation of a good friend and I am really glad that I did. The level of detail and real customer service was so much better than any other company that I felt compelled to put it in writing. The people on the phone were very helpful and really kept me up to date on when the service man would be arriving at my home and that was just the begginning. A very clean cut and proffessional young man showed up at my door step with a smile and great attitude. There was no doubt that he new exactly how to diagnoss the problem with my furnace. He gave several options to choose from and did a first class job of getting me fixed up. I will recommend Allen service to all my other friends for sure. Great service 11/9/2010

I have used several service companies since I moved to the area six years ago and can say that no other company even comes close to the thoroughness and quality of people that Allen Service has. I decided to use Allen this year for our seasonal furnace tune-up on the recommendation of someone at work (thank you) . These people really are about providing great service. Absolutely the best 11/5/2010

The people at Allen Service keep their word. The service man who replaced our 40+ year old sewer in our front yard was able to do it and save our mature landscaping and front walk, just like he promised. The project was completed in just two days from the start to finish and the only place you can even tell where there was any work done was the the small hole for the trenchless sewer replacement machine. You guys are absolutely the best at anything to do with home service. I have personally been a customer of Allen for over fifeteen years and would not dream of using anyone else. more

We now have all the hot water we need thanks to all the great questions he asked us. He also did a complete furnace check while he was here so I know we will be safe and comfortable this winter. a lot less expensive 11/1/2010

Thank you for the quick and clean service work you guys gave me last week on my sewer backing up problem. Your man came out to do a simple drain back up and discovered we had a huge problem with roots intruding our sewer in the front yard. His vidio camera showed me exactly what the problem was and after getting the drain flowing again, came up with a stratigy to permanently fix it. I really like the idea of replacing the damaged sewer without causing damage to our landscaping, and a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Thank you. more

Constant contact 10/20/2010

I really appreciated the constant contact that the office people that Allen Service provided me on the day of my plumbing emergency last week. Even though their schedule was full when I called, they went way out their way to work me into their schedule? they were here within an hour and called twice to let me know the status of my call and when to expect the service man. The service man showed up with a smile and was ready to take care of my situation. What a pleasure it is to do business with a first class company. I will recommend Allen Service to all my friends and neighbors. more

Outstanding job 10/18/2010

Your service tech did an outstanding job of explaining all my option to choose from on our new water heater. We decided to spend a little more money on the high recovery model with the very high efficiency ratings so that as our family grows, we will still have plenty of hot water to use. No other company even came close to the level of care and the time it took to explain everything. I'm your newest lifetime customer for sure. Thank you. more

Thorough 10/14/2010

A huge thanks to Allen Service for being so thorough in everything they do. They found a potentially dangerous situation that was caused by some remodeling we had done this summer. We had our home resided and the siding contractor inadvertently covered up a few grills that allowed the air used for combustion in our furnace and water heater. We just had Allen out to do our annual check-up and they found immediately, dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide in our basement area and it was moving up to the rest of the home. They fixed the problem and the carbon monoxide went away. This could have saved our lives and most certainly kept us from getting very sick this winter. I absolutely recommend Allen Service to all my friends and neighbors. more
