Hey guys! My name is Catherine. I am currently a 5th mod student in Allen School. I am about to go to into my externship to apply my knowledge I have learned in Allen School to the real world. It is not a paid internship but it is for few weeks and most of the sites we are applying to are willing to hire right after our internship period.
Allen School will teach you the materials and attitude to become a better you as the future Medical Assistant. However, do not expect to have instant gratification. This program is a process that you need to put time and effort to see an amazing outcome. It might be a long process but there are staffs, doctors, and students that are willing to help you through this journey.
Many reviews might state that there are a lot of dramas here and that it is not the best school to apply too. However, I believe that this issue occurs everywhere. It is a common struggle between people. It is how you use your time and attitude to make any experience the best investment you have ever made. I am not going to lie. There has been a time where classmates have their verbal arguments but that is how we, my classmates and I, have matured.
Allen School is a place to improve yourself and your future. Do not let other student's "bad" experience get in your way. I decided to attend Allen School for myself, not for anyone else. My experience so far has been rewarding. I met great classmates, fantastic teachers, and brilliant staffs.
