When I first called to get in the Castle Clinic I was told and I quote "" This is NOT a pain clinic""! Heck I have lung disease and cancer, I don't need a pain clinic, that is what a specialist is for! \r As for Debbie, you need to adjust your additude or find another place to work! You don't ask questions or listen to the patients, you just complain about writing prescriptions!\r Gary, I'm glad you're NOT seeing patients anymore, you have no time for them, the time I seen you, it was about 5 minutes, and I ended up in the ER to get my meds.\r I just wonder if any of these ppl read these comments? I think I'll print them off and send them to Dr. Allen, who btw is wonderful! more

What beachismylife is very true!!!! My son has been treated with very little respect. suffering from much pain he was told that he was not at a pain clinic. they lie! if you need a referral in a timely manner forget it! They will give excuses about being short staffed etc. I know you are wondering why my son dosen't find another Doctor, well have you tried lately if you don't have an established regular doctor?\r All the way home from a visit (60 miles) my son and I cried due to the uncaring attitude of the NP. more

I do not know how a a doctor's office can stay in business when they cannot even do a simple referral to another office. The NP Debbie U. is letting people think she is a doctor when all she is an NP. She definitely should NOT be doing this. The place is in need of some real cleaning. Aren't health facilities supposed to be clean of germs? I doubt if it has been cleaned since it was opened. The rooms are tiny and the staff is slow to do anything. Try getting someone to return a call or even answer the telephone. The lie to their patients and say they are doing something to make them think they are actually doing it is unprofessional. Whether it be they are understaffed or not, I think this is deplorable and I suggest if you need a real doctor, please do not bother with this clinic unless you like dirty, small, and uncaring individuals. Yes I saw the other reviews and was wondering if they were at the same place I was. It should be shut down. more

I have been lucky to have had Dr. Robert Allen for my Doctor for 10 years. He and all at the Castle Clinic make ""going to the doctor"" a positive and safe experience. Dr. Allen listens to all of my concerns and never rushes to leave. He is one of a kind. And, his nurse, Connie, is awesome, too. I had a test performed...a test that was scary. She called me at 8p on the same day to give me results. Because at the Castle Clinic, they truly care about their patients. more

This a beautiful Doctors Office, feels like a santuary. The people are very sweet and helpful. The Doctors and ARNP's listen to you and take very good care of you. I was highly impressed!!! I've been an RN for >than 20 years and I usually hate to go to the doctors. But I loved this place. Pros: nothing but pros more
