When we call, they come quickly and they always do a good job. They have parts on their truck and they give good service. The people are very polite. That's why we use them. I have referred them to other people. It's been 26, 27, or even 30 years that we've been using their service. They don't tell you to do something that you don't need done. And I've never had to call them back. more

Allen Plumbing has always done an excellent job. I've been using them for many years, 10 or 12. They've done everything in the house. From the water heater to the faucets, the work under the house, plumbing, and even our water system when we switched from a well to city water, they've really done everything. We called Allen Plumbing Co. on two occasions. Once when we were replacing a tub. They were able to get a tub that fit and re-pipe it. It was just what we asked for. With great efficiency, they took out the old one and put in the new one. It was very quick. Later on, we started to do our other bathroom. We decided to take out the tub and put in the shower area. We wanted to do our own tiling, but we did want a professional such as Allen Plumbing to put in the shower pan. They put that in and got it so it sloped correctly towards the drain. He even built up the dam on the other side. They prepared it so all we had to do was then put our tile on. One of the things my husband likes about working with Allen is that if he has a project, he knows exactly how much he wants the plumbing company to do. They work with him on that. Sometimes contractors want to do the whole thing. That worked out and it was reasonable and quick. Our experience was good. When you hire a contractor, one of their greatest assets, besides doing a good job, is listening to you and following what you want done. When people do their own thing as a contractor, it can irritate the customer. Allen Plumbing did a great job with us. more

Allen Plumbing Co., Inc. has been providing us with plumbing services for years. Even when we moved into a new house, we still used them. They're a great local company to call up when you need them. They're very prompt. When they say they're going to be at my home at 11, they will be there exactly at 11. They get right to work when they arrive. They are a little bit pricey, but I think it's well worth the money. These guys are nice people. They're professionals and very good at what they do. more

Dan of Allen Plumbing is great, I have known Dan since he was little and his uncle was our plumber. They always do a good job, and they have never failed me on anything. They go above and beyond the call of duty and if we need someone in a hurry they make time for you. more
