I went to Allen and Peterson for new appliances for my kitchen and the customer service was wonderful when we were looking at appliances. Once we purchased them and Allen and Peterson had our money and it was the worst service ever. I was told that delivery would take two visits instead of one that I would have preferred due to their policy, and it is now taking three visits with multiple appointments needing to be canceled because they sent the wrong parts to fix our refrigerator that was DAMAGED on their floor. We have had the damaged refrigerator in our home for over a month because Allen and Peterson and their staff make promises that they can't keep. I was even told that since ""they have so many customers, mistakes are bound to happen"" by one of their managers. Please don't visit Allen and Peterson even if you want to help a local company. They don't help out their customers so why should anybody go to them.
