This dentist office is first class! I have always floundered following my new insurance company to whichever dentist they told me to go to. When I remarried, I followed my spouse to his dentist. I love everything about them. They treat you like a long lost friend and are very patient with my unending questions! I do not dread going to the dentist anymore and have finally found a dentist for life! more

A toothache led me to the office of Drs Greg & Joanne Szalai. I was very fearful to say the least. My expierience with Dr. Joanne and numbing were the best. Never felt a thing, she was so gentle. The staff and technology are above and beyond the rest. You owe it to yourself to check them out and keep your teeth. more

I have just had the best dental experience ever! It had been years since I was at the dentist because I was afraid. My friends told me about this office so I thought I would give it a try. They were right! I will never, ever go anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly from the time you walk in the door. The aroma of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies makes me feel like I am at a bakery! Yum! Both Dr.'s are very nice, informative and caring. The hygienists are very gentle too. I can't wait for my next dental visit, and that says A LOT!!! more

Went to the office today had crown finished. Left feeling like I had an enjoyable visit. That seems like an odd thing to say about a dental visit! As always professional, pain free and entire staff friendly. Read the previous complaint can't imagine where all that came from. I have never heard such complaints about either Dr's. I live in the area everyone I know loves them. Also, left me feeling like it might have been a dentist in the area feeling some competition?? I know my son goes without any complaints that should tell you how great they are! more

Be very careful of this office. Although the staff is wonderfully friendly and the office professional and attractive, the dentists (Greg and Joanne) are both more like salesmen than doctors. I know from personal experience, having been a dental hygienist before becoming an RN, that the treatment plan that they recommended to me as a patient was "over the top". They will often recommend a post, core and crown for a tooth when a standard amalgam filling will suffice. They "up sale" in order to increase their profit margin. With most insurance companies only paying a small fraction of the treatment, this leaves high out of pocket costs for the patient. I was in the dental field for several years and know the treatment plan they tried to sell me was unnecessary. If crowns, bridges, replacement fillings, root canal therapies... are suggested at this office, seek a second opinion or at least ask if a cheaper solution exists. I would just like to say that I was in the Marines for 20 plus years and ad patch job dentistry. I have never been to a dentist office , and I can speak for my kids, where starting from the receptionist on back, this is a first class operation. I seriously think they have been the best I have been too. Good luck with someone else! more

I was told to go there by a friend. Ever since I could remember I have hated dentist especially from my orthodontist experience. The staff was very friendly but they are a rip off. They just want your money. They ran so many test of me that was not needed. I told them I didn't have insurance which I think just made them see dollar signs in their eyes. They told me I had a gum disease and that I would need all of these treatments by "them" and that I was going to need surgery. But the funny thing is why are they the only dentist who found a disease? After my 3 hour teeth cleaning visit I never went back, but they call my house all the time which im not very happy about. Would never tell anyone to go there unless they want to waste money. more

I had such bad luck with dentists i thought i would never go back. Both dentists and staff are the most enjoyable people to be around. i actually look forward to going to my appt. The work they did on my teeth was amazing. They kept me informed of everything that needed to be done, and now i have a smile that is awsome!!!! I would recommend this office to anyone. If you ever were afraid to go to the dentist or had a bad experience i highly recommend this office. not only are my teeth healthy they treat you with respect and gave me the smile i always dreamed of. This is a dental office. Every staff member is kind and professional. They answered all my questions and heard my concerns.\r \r With the new technology Drs. I've been a patient at AP Dental Care for several years. I also sent one of my supervisors to this office. I switched from an HMO and couldn't believe the difference. Their two hygenists are so thorough in comparison to what I was used to. It doesn't hurt that they are both attractive too. My sense is that the dentists take good care of their staff. The assistants in the office are always upbeat and energetic. The staff isn't looking for quick fixes like some of my past dentists. They seem motivated to provide the best care of my teeth for the long term. more

This office is phenomenal! There are two dentists, a husband and wife and they are both fantastic. I was really impressed with how well they informed me about my case and my treatment needs. Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. The office has a great deal of technology that made my visit really comfortable. Before I came here, I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I was pretty nervous. They really and truly made me feel at ease. I would not hesitate at all to reccomend them to anyone!! more

I went there for one filling. This place turned my one filling into $10,000 worth of work. They even brought me loan papers to pay for it. This amount was over the amount that they were getting from my insurance. They said that every filling I had in my life was wrong and they needed to redo them all. Total rip off. I left and never went back. I would not recommend them at all. more
