Total Recall 11/18/2014

I got a safety recall bulletin for my 2013 Sonata. I phoned Allen Hyundai about it, and the gent I spoke with said I didn't need an appointment and that he could fix it while I waited. I brought the car in, and the repair took about 15 minutes. I appreciate the fast service with no appointment. more

Allen Service Dept is superior to other dealership service departments that I have dealt with. The staff is courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable of their product line. I constantly recommend the Hyundai cars to all of my friends and family. more

Mediocre service visit 9/11/2014

Technician was too busy to go over inspection results and, when asked to do so, was not clear about findings and follow-up. A noticeable squeak was not corrected. Charges were very reasonable, though. This is the third time I mention I was not happy with the visit. Do you read these comments? more
