We were treated disgracefully. Allen handled the arrangements for my deceased father. During our visit to pay him our respects we were left standing in the lobby with no greeter and had to wander the halls looking for the right room. During our time there an extraordinarily loud, boisterous gathering in the room next to ours. This group of at least 20 was laughing loudly, yelling throughout the building, slamming doors such that walls literally shook, allowing kids to run up and down the hall, and generally treating the funeral home like a frat party. Our funeral director Mr. Powell did nothing to accommodate our displeasure, seemed not to think anything was wrong, and even had the gall to criticize my brother for asking them to tone it down.
