Allen's Auto Services has done so much for me! First I needed a new CV axle, and other shops were telling me it would cost over $1,000. Allen, the owner, works one on one with you and is very hands on. He actually did it for under $300. It's a necessity for me that they allow me to make payments as I go along, and they were able to do that for me. Now I go to them whenever my check engine light goes on. I basically go to them for everything! I had an interlock in my car that was hooked up wrong and draining my battery, and they called the interlock company for me and told them they needed to fix it for me! Not a lot of places would do that. From everyone in the office to mechanics, they have explained everything to me in detail what they need to do, what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed right now and what could wait so that I could make payments towards that. If needed, they also get loaner car if there's one available, and if not, they drive you themselves to your home or work. They go above and beyond! They are really good people, and they're just like a little family in there! more

I went to Allen's Auto Services when I was having some problems with my car and the experience was awesome. They showed me exactly what was wrong and then explained what my options were (what I would need to get fixed that day and what could wait for a few months so I wouldn't be spending too much money). They were very respectful and professional and I didn't feel like they were trying to back me into a corner to sell me things that I didn't want. You can tell that they are a customer friendly business (they even have free wi-fi). Everything since then has turned out great with my car, all the repairs worked and I received a follow-up phone call. I will definitely go back to them if I ever have another problem, as the prices are very competitive and the staff is friendly. more
