Editorial review from Citysearch 4/30/2013

I have been shopping at Allegro ever since they opened for business. I bought several guitars & amplifiers from them and felt like I got a good deal each time. I really like the atmosphere there. I have not had any problems with the staff. They have always been helpful. I mostly appreciate the fact that Parker has a music store. A lot of music stores aren't survivng. I wish Allegro the best and hope they remain open in Parker for a long time. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/3/2013

I'm one of the drum teachers that works from Allegro, I am not an employee. I'm really shocked by some of the negative reviews about the clerks there. I've never seen anything but polite, respectful service. They are all very knowledgable and most have taken luthier classes. As for the store, they don't carry EVERY brand of gear, only the brands that they feel are best for the customers. Come in and see for yourself, Allegro Music is a great, local shop! more

Fantastic Music Store 8/6/2010

I went in to get my guitar fixed and not only were they quick, but they were very knowledgeable! They also have some of the best prices in town! Beating even the big box stores. Well worth the stop. Support your local music stores! Never disappointed in visiting this place. more

Great Knowledgeable Friendly Staff 8/2/2010

I have been a musician since the early 1980s, and this is by far the best music store in the Denver area. The other reviews referring to a surly staff seem ridiculous to me. I have always been treated with respect, and as a repeat customer I have gotten great deals, especially on amps and guitars. Pros: Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff Cons: Limited selection more

Very Dissapointed 2/10/2009

I was excited to have a music store so close to Parker, but very disappointed. The selection is good for a small shop but the staff is very rude. I went in to get my guitar fixed and restrung, and the manager(?) told me after closely examining it that it would take over 3 hours in labor and $300 to get the floyd rose bridge to hold strings! Later my husband who has no knowledge of guitars was able to restring it in half an hour. Either they tried to take advantage of me or they don't know what they are doing. All it needed was new strings! I would rather give my business to Guitar Center! more

Great Music Store! 1/28/2009

Outstanding small business! Great teachers and private lessons taught on site. Better variety of inventory than most stores twice the size. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of drums and percussion, guitars, amps, sheet music and band instruments and prices are often less than the ""guaranteed box stores"". A family oriented place. Nice to have a music store in the southeast area(Parker). Pros: Staff, Teachers, Selection Cons: There's only one! more

Rude staff 4/20/2008

I try to support small businesses; however, when I visited Allegro Music the young clerk behind the counter was extremely rude to me and my family. I?ll go somewhere else! Pros: Closest to Parker Cons: Rude Staff more
