My company recently had something go wrong with one of our print projects. When we tried to talk to the OWNER about it in a rational manner, he was just plain old rude. He responded to our concerns with insulting remarks and offered no help in the matter. After we had calmly explained what we wanted to occur, he laughed at us and hung up. I could not believe it. To make things worse, I was sent a nasty email from him a few minutes later. Like it wasn't enough to hang up on us? I guess he really needed to put in a few more insluting words before he decided to get rid of us. Strange... I thought business owners generally like to keep business, not get rid of it because there were a few concerns...
Pros: Owner was nice when he wanted our business
Cons: Got hung up on, got sent a nasty email, worst customer service I've ever seen
