We were long time patients, no longer. The convenience no longer justifies dealing with this "medical" staff.\r

I took my daughter (let's call her) Deb there for a back injury. Due to a prolonged illness she is terrified of all things medical but most of all needles. Ms. Jessica Hill, physician assistant promptly claimed Deb had a heart murmur and started spewing all these tests she was going to order. Deb turned white and started shaking and crying. I pointed out that since the condition was in no way life threatening and there was a possibility that Deb was anemic (which can cause a murmur) I would give her iron for X amount of time and have her rechecked thereby avoiding unnecessary tests. Ms. Hill did not listen once again I told her to stop but she ignored my child's obvious distress and me. When it finally dawned on her that yes, I was serious she started lecturing me and said "Do you need another opinion?" like I was a dolt for not accepting her word as law. She left the room
